At OrangePet, we value comfort, quality, and customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, we provide a clear and fair return process as outlined below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair or odors, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-made items, clearance products, gift cards, washed items, worn items, and products with pet hair, stains, or odors are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@orangepet.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from OrangePet.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

What if my pet clothing does not fit?

You may return eligible items if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
